Snowpocalypse 2021

As you might imagine, we are overwhelmed with calls and pool equipment repair requests. We are not able to respond to any new requests for at least 3-4 weeks.

Our goal has always been to provide the best service to our local community and customers. The recent weather issues have strained our ability to do that, and we apologize we can’t do more to help everyone. This is an unprecedented situation that we will all get through together.

The swimming pool industry is currently experiencing equipment shortages and although we are making every effort to help as many as we can, we are prioritizing our current customers for pool equipment repairs.

We WILL get back to you- and we WILL repair your equipment as soon as we possibly can. With that in mind, here is what we are doing:

1 – We are assessing our current service and construction customers to determine what, if any repairs are required, what resources those repairs require, and scheduling them by neighborhood/area to be as efficient as possible.

2 – We are buying as much equipment as we can find to have what our customers need to get their pools back to normal operation. We stock and buy more equipment than any other swimming pool service company in our area, so we are better positioned to get what equipment is available, faster.

3 – We are emailing current customers to notify them of the status of their repairs, potential scheduling windows, and any other relevant information we can. If you have not received communication from us, you will.

If you want to be put on our standby list, please go to www.poolstoponline.com/pool-repair/ and enter your information on the page under Request Repair Quote and we will respond as soon as we are able.

Thank you for your support, your patience, and your trust in Pool Stop. We have been working non-stop to help your families get back to normalcy as soon as possible.

Sincerely,
Harvey Rippy
