Wow. Pool Stop Custom Pools build my 13,300 Gallon pool with decking in less then 30 days. Thanks to the professional work of the whole crew that completed a beautiful looking pool. From start to finish, Pool Stop went above and beyond and completely exceeded our expectations for a pool build. Our pool was completed, start to finish, within ~65 days! We worked with Andrew on the design, and he brought my idea to life! Josh was our PM and he was the best! He answered all of our questions, no matter how simple, silly, or complex; trades arrived when they said they would and they were professional, as well as neat and tidy with their work. But most importantly, Josh treated our build as if it were the only one - and needless to say he had several projects running at a time. Rae was always super responsive and very efficient and prompt with our account as well! If you are considering a pool build, I would highly recommend Pool Stop! We’ve never built a pool before and weren’t sure what to expect but from the very first meeting until the pool was full, Pool Stop made this a great experience. Tom (inside sales) was fantastic in helping us design and layout our pool and outdoor kitchen, Stacia, Gaisy (the sales coordinators) were fantastic, Jeremy and Victor (our project managers) we’re incredibly responsive and offered many suggestions and ideas that we incorporated that really make our backyard amazing, and Terry (pool tech) taught us everything we needed to know to take care of and maintain our pool for many years to come!! Pool Stop was by far one of the best experiences we’ve had working with a contractor. Landon was very knowledgeable and accommodating during the design process. We were able to work with him to get the layout exactly as we wanted. Our PMs Jeremy and Victor, held our hand the rest of the way and completed our build within 60 days!!! They worked very hard to make sure everything stayed on track and made sure the quality of work was exceptional! All of the crews were very professional and meticulous. I also was very impressed by the coordination of all the teams within Co Construct. We were always very informed and always knew what was going on. Stacia and Rae were very helpful as well as Terry with our pool school and follow up care!! I would definitely recommend using Pool Stop to build your dream backyard!!!

We have had an amazing experience from start to finish. Kyle helped us design our pool and walked us through honest pros/cons of design options and we never felt pressured about immediately committing to anything, nor about spending any certain amount of money. Our project manager for the build was Victor and he has been phenomenal- there’s no words to describe how great he has been! He genuinely cares about your build quality as if it was his own. He was on site every day to make sure the workers were doing things adequately and he caught corrections we never would have seen otherwise. A few times we even saw him out there on his hands and knees doing work himself!! He was always prompt to answer questions and quick to follow through with solutions. We have seriously loved working with this company!!
