Wow. Pool Stop Custom Pools build my 13,300 Gallon pool with decking in less then 30 days. Thanks to the professional work of the whole crew that completed a beautiful looking pool. The leader on the ground was Todd Stoltz and every day he either contacted me or keep the working moving. I have had three pools build and never have I had guy make me feel like he was building his own pool. Special thanks to Rae Daniels for helping me build my second pool with Pool Stop Custom Pools. From start to finish, Pool Stop went above and beyond and completely exceeded our expectations for a pool build. Our pool was completed, start to finish, within ~65 days! We worked with Andrew on the design, and he brought my idea to life! Josh was our PM and he was the best! He answered all of our questions, no matter how simple, silly, or complex; trades arrived when they said they would and they were professional, as well as neat and tidy with their work.  But most importantly, Josh treated our build as if it were the only one - and needless to say he had several projects running at a time. Rae was always super responsive and very efficient and prompt with our account as well! If you are considering a pool build, I would highly recommend Pool Stop! We’ve never built a pool before and weren’t sure what to expect but from the very first meeting until the pool was full, Pool Stop made this a great experience. Tom (inside sales) was fantastic in helping us design and layout our pool and outdoor kitchen, Stacia, Gaisy (the sales coordinators) were fantastic,  Jeremy and Victor (our project managers) we’re incredibly responsive and offered many suggestions and ideas that we incorporated that really make our backyard amazing, and Terry (pool tech) taught us everything we needed to know to take care of and maintain our pool for many years to come!!  I have and will continue to be recommending Pool Stop to anyone considering building!! We never had a pool before. We looked at a couple of pool companies and reviews. Pool Stop had great reviews and a coworker referred us as well. Pool Stop employees top to bottom was fantastic, responsive, helpful, and patient with us. They built our pool in a VERY timely manner, ahead of schedule, with top quality. Pool Stop was by far one of the best experiences we’ve had working with a contractor.  Landon was very knowledgeable and accommodating during the design process. We were able to work with him to get the layout exactly as we wanted.  Our PMs Jeremy and Victor, held our hand the rest of the way and completed our build within 60 days!!! They worked very hard to make sure everything stayed on track and made sure the quality of work was exceptional!  All of the crews were very professional and meticulous.  I also was very impressed by the coordination of all the teams within Co Construct. We were always very informed and always knew what was going on.  Stacia and Rae were very helpful as well as Terry with our pool school and follow up care!! I would definitely recommend using Pool Stop to build your dream backyard!!!

We have had an amazing experience from start to finish. Kyle helped us design our pool and walked us through honest pros/cons of design options and we never felt pressured about immediately committing to anything, nor about spending any certain amount of money. Our project manager for the build was Victor and he has been phenomenal- there’s no words to describe how great he has been! He genuinely cares about your build quality as if it was his own. He was on site every day to make sure the workers were doing things adequately and he caught corrections we never would have seen otherwise. A few times we even saw him out there on his hands and knees doing work himself!! He was always prompt to answer questions and quick to follow through with solutions. We have seriously loved working with this company!!

Couldn’t be happier with Pool Stop and our new pool! The crews that were used were not only professional but efficient. We decided to go with Pool Stop after multiple conversations and consultations from various other pool companies, and we could not be happier.  After the design and contract was in place, Pool Stop was able to get our pool completed in less than 5 weeks.  Our Project Manager Victor Compean was very knowledgeable and made sure we were always aware of the project timelines and went above and beyond to make sure things met our expectations.

We have built two custom pools with Pool Stop and wouldn't use anyone else. Both were completely different styles, but the ease of building with Pool Stop was the same both times. Todd, our project manager, was the best of the best! He kept us in the loop the entire time and was very hands-on. He was so easy to communicate with. Our pool is beautiful and we can't wait to make all the memories in it for years to come.

Pool Stop was spot on from my initial visit to their design center. Selections were painless and pics and samples were readily available for selections. Todd was our Construction Manager and he always answered my calls even months after my pool was completed. He was here during every critical phase and always double checked everything. I couldn’t be happier with pool stop and their expert staff to build our forever pool. I had some minor issues after pool was completed and the service department answered/scheduled my issues promptly. I have recommended Pool Stop to numerous friends.
